Yakutia 2011 Expedition, One of Coldest Place on the Globe.


The winter 4x4 expedition to Yakutia (the Sakha Republic, Russia), one of the coldest place on the globe. Four cars (three Nissan Patrols and Toyota FJ Cruiser) and seven men. This is the first day of the expedition that was started on February 24th, 2011. Getting cars off the railway containers near Neryungri (the second largest town in the Sakha Republic).


Days 2 & 3. Second and third days. The path from Neryungri (the second largest town in the Sakha Republic) to Yakutsk (the capital of the Sakha Republic).


This is the 4th day of the expedition that was started on February 24th, 2011. Sticking sponsors' labels on the car in Yakutsk.


These are 5th and 6th days of the expedition - 2011. The road from Yakutsk to Mirny via Viluysk.


These are 7th and 8th days of the expedition. The road from Mirny to Olenek via Aikhal and Udachny.
